Farm life definitely has its advantages. This last week the cows have started calving. The kids love to go down and see the baby cows. They are so cute, and we've had so much fun.
On Saturday, we made our daily trip down to the corrals. I made Nalea get as close as she could to the babies so that I could take her picture. The mama cows didn't think that was too great. One of the moms started pawing the ground and charged the fence. I couldn't help but laugh. Nalea started crying and said, "Do you think that's funny that the mama cow tried to eat me?"
We have to stop and pet the horses, T.J. and Sanchez, while we are down there.
The kids can't wait until it's warm enough to start riding them again!
And yes, that's Boston in the plain pink jacket. He wanted to wear a PINK jacket because Nalea was.

Farm life -- I love it! That's how I grew up. It's kindof wierd to picture you guys as "farmers". I guess you never know when someone's likes or dislikes will surprise you.
Well please don't let the mama cow eat Nalea, she is to sweet! that is funny.
